Matteo is based in Perth, Western Australia. He began mixing music only four years ago and now plays at weddings, school balls and work events across Western Australia.
Matteo has quickly built himself a very reputable name in the Perth DJ scene over the last few years. What started as a hobby for Matteo 5 years ago, quickly evolved into a career, as Matteo dedicated countless hours & days to perfecting his craft, honing his skills, and building his collection of music. His commitment to delivering quality entertainment laid the foundation for the business, and from there his passion to create personalized experiences for all guests has taken off.
Matteo has always loved working with people, coming from a background in hospitality & the legal profession, he never shies away from doing all he can to make his clients feel at ease. He understands that events can sometimes be daunting to prepare and plan for, which is why he is there to help with the process too, and of course, take care of the music.
In early 2024, Matteo was running a DJ event in Whistler, Canada, where he had the opportunity to learn more about the night club scene whilst playing alongside some incredible DJs from all over the world. This opportunity & experience of running events, allowed him to flourish & develop a new unique style of DJing which he brought back to Perth. Today, Matteo continues his passion for DJing across WA including some of Perth's most recognisable venues, including Optus Stadium, reputable schools, businesses, and non-for profit organisations.
At the forefront of each relationship he has built, Matteo prides himself on remaining client focused, professional and strives to formulate and adjust his DJ playlists to perfectly suit his clients’ events. Matteo knows how to read the room, which is why the dance floor always remains the place to be all night. Overtime, Matteo has collected an extensive list of classic songs ranging from 70s disco, 80s pop, rock and singalongs, 90s r&b and dance, as well as modern day pop, R&B, house, rap & drum and bass. Matteo says his love for music is limitless and this is truly reflected in his ability to mix in and out of genres and musical eras with ease.

“We Had DJ Primz as our DJ & MC for our wedding and we were absolutely blown away by him. Matteo was just absolutely incredible. His ability to MC and hype the crowd up was so valuable to our night. He did an amazing job playing songs at the perfect time and his transitions into songs were great. We couldn't have picked a better DJ for our night and we are so appreciative of him for making our night.
Matteo even went out of his way at the end of the night to grab everyone inside and bring them out to join in for a sing along so we could end our night with a precious moment. It was one of my favourite memories of the night and it meant the world that Matteo had organised that special moment for us. We couldn't recommend him enough.”
